Some prefer to engage with this work through writing and self-paced learning. Others benefit from conversation, reflection, and real-time dialogue. This page is for those who want a more relational way of working together.
Attunement Sessions
Sometimes the first sign of change is not a thought. It is a dissonance.
A subtle sense that something no longer resonates the way it once did.
A belief begins to feel too small.
A relationship shifts key.
A question lingers beneath the surface of ordinary days.
You may find yourself moving through life with the quiet awareness that something is asking to be heard, yet every attempt to give it language seems to dissolve the moment you reach for words.
This is often the space between a life that still fits and one that is asking to emerge.
Attunement Sessions are an invitation to slow down and listen.
Together, we explore the signals already present within your experience that may have been drowned out by expectation, obligation, habit, or the noise of everyday life.
Rather than offering answers from the outside, this work helps you cultivate a more trustworthy relationship with your own inner knowing.
Sometimes all that is present at first is a feeling of dissonance.
A note that no longer resolves.
A question without language.
That is enough.
Attunement begins by listening for what is already there.
And often, what first appears as uncertainty reveals itself as information waiting to be heard.
The signal is often quieter than we expect.
But it is rarely absent.
You only need a willingness to remain present long enough for what is already there to come into focus.
Sessions are offered one-on-one by appointment.

A Note on Scope
My approach is informed by professional training and experience in:
nervous system regulation, crisis response, trauma-informed care, neurodivergence, and evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.
These influences shape how I listen, reflect, and guide the work. This space is non-clinical and centers education, interpretation, and integration of lived experience.
If additional support is needed, referrals to licensed mental health providers can be made.

Ritual Gatherings
Ritual Gatherings are custom-designed experiences created to honor life's meaningful thresholds.
Some mark an ending.
Some celebrate a beginning.
Some help us reclaim forgotten parts of ourselves.
Others create space to remember what matters.
Together, we slow down long enough to witness the moment we are living through and give it the attention it deserves.
Each gathering begins with a conversation. From there, I design a custom experience shaped by the people, the story, and the threshold being honored.
Available themes include:
Reclamation
Celebration
Belonging
Remembrance
Becoming
